After this retail space closed down, no one had realized that the roof has some massive leaks and when winter rains rolled through microbial growth began to form from the perfect elements. Our crews stripped the entire store and cleaned every section and then tested it to make sure that the space was clear from anymore possible mold growth. With this big of a space once an area was cleaned our crews worked quickly to isolate that zone so it couldn't become re-affected. The new tenants of this retail space were thankful for the diligent work of our teams.
