Leak Under Floor in Ventura, CA

After a leak had caused a considerable amount of water damage under a clients floor, we rushed out onto the scene. We found the cause of the leak was a broken pipe and began mitigation right away to ensure the problem does not worsen by contracting mold. We have taken off the floorboards and dried what we could in place. We make an effort to not disturb what we don't have to. You can see that we took off the floorboard and cleaned the hardwood floor so that it looks even better than before. We excel at making it "Like it never even happened."
