When living in an apartment complex someone else's problem can easily become your problems. That was the case for this apartment complex when a small fire found its way into four separate units and multiple other units being affected by smoke damage. Our teams worked day and night to help the property management as well as the tenants to get back into their home by remediating all fire damage possible. Ensuring that no more soot and smoke would cause breathing problems or headaches and the tenants could move back in promptly. The before and after photos show just one unit that was affected.
