At SERVPRO we know you put a lot of thought into your home and you love showing it off. But unfortunately no one plans for a toilet to overflow during a party, these homeowners didn't notice the damage until it moved into the hallway and was dripping from the ceiling. They called SERVPRO after their insurance agent and we began work immediately, restoring what we could and replacing what wasn't able to be restored. The homeowners were expecting a much longer process and when we were done quickly they were thankful to start picking out new tile to have their home back to normal before the holidays.
