Water Damages Tile

Tile and concrete are not invincible from water damage! While they are very strong they are not exempt from the elements, the toilet in this bathroom overflowed while the homeowners were not home and they came home to a watery situation. Despite how quickly they called SERVPRO the water had already started to set, our technicians did have to remove all the tile to stop any microbial growth. But it all worked out because the wife hated the tile and was excited to replace it to her liking. Even bad situations can have decent outcomes and we are glad this couple was quick to call us.
