SERVPRO has handled several large losses for our company. In each case, they have provided outstanding service and communication throughout the process. They are highly recommended.

I want to commend SERVPRO of Ojai/Montecito on their excellent service and attention to detail when they cleaned our animal enclosures. There was an explosion next door and we were unable to access our building for days. SERVPRO decontaminated all areas of our building. They really showed a great concern for us and our animals.

We were referred out to this company by our HOA and I’m so glad it was SERVPRO! I work in customer service and have to say SERVPRO’s got one of the best customer services we’ve yet to receive specially living in a home with an elderly grandma and 3 young ladies. We were greeted by abraham and his crew who by the way explained everything in detail a had much patience for the thousands of questions grandma had. The crew was very respectful of our belongings and would frequently ask permission to go into different rooms to service the a.c registers to respect our privacy which is a huge plus on my part. While the crew worked in my attic they managed to clean up after themselves if dust would fall outside of the plastic rooms they build to prevent dust from getting inside my home. At the end of what it seemed a long day of hard work fir the crew, my grandma asked for a few favors to replace bulbs and they did it with out no hesitation as if they were happy to do more work lol. So grateful and extremely happy with SERVPRO's services. Thank you Abraham, Kat Lund, Julio and crew for the excellent services. this company is spectacular and would definitely recommend they’re services to everyone.

Punctuality was on point, communication was precise, techs teamwork was excellent and job overall was outstanding from beginning to end. Kat, Abraham and the SERVPRO team far exceeded my expectations and are the definition of perfection when it comes to white glove service at its finest

A couple of units in my building were effected after a water line broke on the fourth floor and leaked water allllll down to the first floor. Luckily my landlords called SERVPRO and they got it taken care of. Jenny in the office was super nice about working with my work/dance schedule and the guys who came into my unit were never creepy. Just wanted to say they are a good and safe option, especially for us single women out there.
